Overall had really good stay for three nights. The breakfast was sumptuous and hearty with plenty of fine slices of fresh bread and bacon. The location was perfect in the center of evrey thing, better than we ever had previously.

The breakfast was reasonably priced for every taste, loved it. Got well-kept room with terrace.

The location is very good for the price (near the Nollendorfplatz) which allows good connection to any part of the city.

The reception was not as polite as I would expect when I came there for the first time, was it because I'm from Poland? I don't know. Maybe the receptionist had a bad day :/

Having bath for this price. Rooms are spacious. Bed is single that is nice

The cozy small room was nice, but Wi-Fi was quite poor.

Friendly staff. Nicely decorated, quirky, very clean hotel in a good location about a five minutes walk from the metro.

The wifi is fairly expensive at about €20 for 24 hours.

Well located big hotel, recently reconstructed. We did't use all services, cause we simply came for party and stayed there just one night. It is really good that room got a tea facilities and iron (incl. ironing board). Fair room size, big wardrobe.

We have stayed at this hotel for many times, but this is the last time. we have booked two superior rooms (double for single), instead one of us got a superior double and the other got a superior single. We complained to the reception but the girl there told us that we booked room for 1 person (she could not understand what double for single use is). After several discussions she accepted to change the single to double superior. On the hotel description it says Bed Size (s): 1 Large double Or 2 Single anyway (so it was clear that the reception made a mistake on the allocation of the room because the bed on the single room given was not definetely a large double). There was also no Bathrobe in the room as described in the room description. We booked first for 4 nights (prepaid for it) and then we booked another night as we changed our flights. when I explained at the reception that we paid for the 4 nights and we should only pay for 1 night they could not find any records that we already paid for the 4 nights.

Rooms incredibily comfortable and spacious

Wi-fi connection is very expensive, location is not easily accesible to train and bus drop off points.

I stayed for 4 nights in a cozy room and loved the ultra-modern decor and my daily scrumptious breakfast. However, the air conditioning was inadequate compared to the photos. I'd definitely come back!

pleasant staff, decent views of the park, everything is brand-new. the room is reasonably priced. it includes reliable internet, it's own balcony and nespresso coffee.

I liked the hotel. We had a big peaceful quiet room.

The lobby was noisy and breakfast (which we did not eat) too expensive.Internet should have been free.

The maitre d' who was in charge of dinner arrangements at the hotel is in a class by himself. Outstanding! He made our stay at the hotel.

1) A major safety hazard: No non-slip mat or other material in the large bath tub/shower. After slipping twice and nearly falling once, we placed a towel in the tub prior to taking a shower, it helped some with the slipping problem. 2) Reception/reservation staff is only marginally well-trained with regard to billing. For example, my credit card was charged 'by mistake" when I made the reservation, in early August. While this erroneous amount was redeposited to my credit card, the currency fluctuation between the two actions cost me money!!! 3) Th carpet in our room was dirty, with stains near and under the cocktail table and near the bed.

The location is spot on, so we walked to the main shopping complex and the zoo. We even tried out a Segway tour, a blast. The room was cozy, and I loved the coffee machine. Definitely recommend checking out the breakfast too. It's tasty and worth it!

One downside was that I received two small beds instead of the king size I requested.
